Die letzte Nacht in Dublin wurde zelebriert, John’s 30. Geburtstag zu feiern. Das ganze fand im Bonga statt, er hatte zu einem koreanischen BBQ geladen. Es gab Schwertmuscheln, Ente, Schweinebauch, Lamm und Tintenfisch und als Beilagen Chinakohl, Chilisauce, Kimichi, Sojasauce, eingelegten Rettich und am Ende wurde dies mit gebratenen Kimichi Reis mit Seetang abgeschlossen. …
