Tasty lunch

The huge advantage of travelling is that I get to go to different places and so experience different kitchens. Just recently I got a jar of mole poblano which is a traditional Mexican sauce for chicken.  It’s made of chillies,  nuts, spices and cocoa. I got this in a delicatessen shop in Nottingham.
